Sarah J. Broder
Sarah J. Broder joined Reinstein, Glackin, Patterson & Herriott as an associate attorney in 2013.
She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Sarah attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Sarah served as the Bluebook Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. She received a CALI Award of Excellence in the area of Copyright Law.
During law school, Sarah had the opportunity to work as a judicial extern for the Honorable Donald E. Machen of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pittsburgh. Sarah also spent a semester as a student attorney with the Pitt Law’s Civil Practice Clinic, where she provided free legal services to lower-income older adults regarding matters such as advance planning for incapacity, guardianships, and estate planning.
Sarah discovered her love for family law while working as a law clerk at Notaro Gordon & Associates, P.C., a Pittsburgh-based firm, during her second and third years of law school.
After earning her J.D., Sarah moved back to Montgomery County, Maryland, where she grew up. Sarah’s practice focuses on domestic law, particularly divorce and child custody matters. She is admitted to practice in Maryland.
